How to Make Pizza Felt Board

  1. Download and print the free DIY pizza felt board PDF - to download the file, subscribe to the FunClothCrafts newsletter. In the newsletter, you find a password to the subscriber's Free Downloads Vault

  2. Cut all the pizza felt shapes from felt. I left color suggestions in the pattern; however, you can choose any color you want and have available. For example, I had to use brown for pepperoni because I didn't have dark red.

  3. Let your kids have fun preparing the felt pizza. You can use plates and bowls for toppings to make the game more authentic.

Ways to Play with the Felt Pizza Board

There are a handful of ways how to play with the felt pizza:

  • Free play - leave all the felt pieces on the table and let kids make their own pizza freely. My kids did that when they saw the felt pizza on the table. They followed by

  • Making pizza based on an order - kids are asking what ingredients you want to include.

  • Making pizza based on a given set of instructions; can be colors, numbers, and sizes. For example, you can ask for 4 red toppings, 2 black toppings, 1 purple topping, and 2 smallest toppings.
